We have improved the quality of services for our customer by automated optical inspection (AOI) CYBER OPTICS SQ3000. Device is used to visual inspection of mounted printed circuit boards by SMD and THD components – detection of Missing components, polarity, tombstone, billboard, flipped, wrong part, gross body and lead damage, and more. Minimum component size 01005 thanks to 10 µm resolution. It is also possible to use it as a SPI (Solder Paste Inspection).
